The most talked about movie of the season is ‘Leader’ and the key cause for that is this is the debut film of Daggubati Rana, son of Daggubati Suresh Babu. However, the movie which was due for a December release is yet to see the light. Here are a few reasons as per the inside sources. It is heard that small bits have been re-shot recently and the post production work is going on. Also, the Telangana issue was another major reason for the film to get delayed. And then, there was the Sankranthi rush which had to be avoided for better revenue reasons. Now, the makers are said to be targeting the month of February for the release and they are hopeful that by then, even the political chaos will also settle. This is a very prestigious venture for the Daggubati family and the producers AVM as well so they are not taking any chances in the release.
