Pakistan should be renamed as 'PORNistan'

pakistan, the land of the pure Islam has notched up a rather unenviable first place, for porn searches per person across the world, according to Google search trends. According to a Fox News report, pakistan is top dog in searches for 'horse sex' since 2004, 'donkey sex' since 2007, 'rape pictures' and 'rape sex' since 2004, 'child sex' between 2004 and 2007 and since 2009, 'animal sex' since 2004 and 'dog sex' since 2005. The country also tops or has topped in searches under the categories of sex, camel sex, rape video, child sex video and some other unprintables. The pakistani embassy did not reply to a request for an interview, the report said. So far, pakistan has banned 17 websites for offensive or blasphemous material and is monitoring seven others (including Google, Yahoo, YouTube and Amazon). With such tremendous sex searches for porn material on web, why not pakistan be renamed as ‘Pornistan.’

A stalker, according to Divya Spandana, has been giving her a tough time with non-stop phone calls and ‘stupid messages’. Following this, the actress has sought the help of her fellow microbloggers to put an end to the menace.

“I need your help. The guy from this no *********** is stalking me. Calls me at the unearthly hours. Sends me stupid messages. Could you’ll teach him a thing or two in decency?” the actress wrote on her microblogging page.

When her fellow netizens suggested she block the number, the ‘Kuthu’ and ‘Varanam Aayiram’ actress replied: “I can’t block. Can’t change my no again cos I will have to reconnect and then invariably they do get my no.”

She added: “Police complaint will only make it a bigger issue. He won’t answer. Gotten a number just to trouble me I guess.” Meanwhile, the Sandalwood actress will soon come to Chennai to shoot a couple of songs of ‘Kadhal 2 Kalyanam’, a film which has Arya’s rother Sathya in the lead.
